'67 Lyman I've been removing the garboards on the big Lyman. "I caught my first garboard!" ....I keep making this joke. Sorry. With the garboards off we can get a better look at the cheek boards. We're also going to be replacing the keelson. Without the motor removed and the boat being upside down it's a precarious two person job. We were able to remove the keelson in one piece, as well as the garboards.

'56 Continental Nicolas carefully places the letters of the Continental on the side. He installed all four brand new foot pads as well. '62 Sportsman Sleeping on the job? Nope, Shane's just trying to get as comfortable as possible while laying in a boat for a long time. Here, he's working on the dash panel electrical. Afterwards he'll tidy up the wires with tubing conduit along the bottom. He'll work on the exhaust after installing the gas tank. '55 Continental Gary and Jack lifting the motor into the Continental. Jack is working on wiring everything. 1967 Lyman I'm scraping the goopy joints and removing the garboards on the 19ft Lyman. Chris Craft Holiday
Nicolas is removing all the hardware from the Holiday, including the gas tank and sponsons. '56 Continental Nicolas is having too much fun working on the engine; as well as running the throttle lines, and getting the new foot pads glued down. Shane is sanding and putting another coat of varnish on the LED strip cover planks. Golden Lyman I've been sandblasting all the beat up brass and stainless steel hardware. The stainless get primed and painted. We're using a really cool hammered black for this Lyman. I've also been cutting new bottom pieces, milled from oak, to replace the old rotten ones I pulled out last week. 26' Sea Skiff
Jack continues electrical and cosmetic work on the big Sea Skiff. Wow, how is it already June?! We're chugging along here at the shop! Golden Lyman I'm clearing out the running gear of this leaky Lyman and cleaning all the hardware on the wire wheel or the bead blaster. We're milling and planing some solid oak to replace the rotten stuff. '56 Continental Flagpole up, floorboards in, dash panel complete. We're still putting a few coats of varnish on the custom made, LED light strip boards. It's coming along. '55 Continental Deck lines will be completely done this week! 1956 Pharr Sportsman We righted the Sportsman after finishing the bottom. Check out the time-lapse video on our Instagram and FOLLOW!
