Ski Boat Jack has replaced all the old bottom screws and the damaged wood on the hull. Next he's scraping and sanding off the old bottom paint. Budsin Lightning Bugs I've got two of the three Lightning Bugs on the same varnish schedule. Gary taped off the waterline so I could put the first coat on the bottoms. Shane has replicated brand new rub rails for all of them, as well as building up varnish coats on the interior pieces. Cruisers Inc. Gary went and picked up the finished chrome, now Shane is able to reinstall the finished deck ware. White Hall
Nicolas is back from his hiatus and working on repairing the rub rail. Ski Boat Jack continues to make repairs to the bottom, and has removed multiple damaged hull planks on both sides of the Ski Boat. He'll replace them with new ones. Budsin Lightning Bugs I've put a few coats of varnish on the Lightning Bug hulls and Shane has been working on the ceiling boards, rub rails, and other interior pieces. I made new metal skegs for the keels, as well. 1967 Lyman I finished painting the bilge, next I'll put another coat of paint on the hull and paint the waterline. Cruisers Inc.
Gary's working on getting the engine ready for a test run Cruisers Inc. We've got the trailer in for the Cruisers Inc! Gary is installing the outboard motor and making adjustments. Budsin Lightning Bugs : 1, 2, 3 The Lightning Bugs are thoroughly sanded, we've filled the gouges and deep scratches. Gary did repair work on the rudders and keels; next we're starting on the varnish. Shane is working on stripping the old varnish off the ceiling boards. He also replaced a portion of the seat backs, which had rotted. Chris Craft Holiday After finishing the white lines on the transom and top deck, Jack and Gary reinstalled the sponsons and Jack put a fresh coat of paint the top deck vinyl. Ski Boat On the Ski Boat, Jack replaced the damaged transom and replaced all old screws along the bottom. We also removed two damaged planks on the starboard side, we'll replace those sections. 19' Lyman Runabout
