26ft Sea Skiff Mike, "The sign guy" came by and put the new name on! Budsin Lightning Bugs 1,2 & 3 We've all been working on removing the varnish and bottom paint. We'll start repair work next. 19' Lyman Runabout I've finished touching up and painting the bottom coats. We'll lower it off the gantry crane and start to reinstall the ceiling boards and engine. Gary taught me how to replace the water pump. 1962 Chris Craft Holiday We've completed the final coat of varnish. We will re-whiten the top deck upholstery and start putting the re-chromed hardware back on next. Ski Boat
Jacks got all the new screws tightened and fastened. Now he's replacing a broken transom plank. Behold our beautiful handmade wreath courtesy of Nicolas. 19ft Lyman We took the Lyman out for a sea trial and everything went off without a hitch! Budsin Lightning Bugs: 1, 2, & 3 We've scraped away all the varnish on the top deck and now we've flipped the boats and started on bottom work. 1967 Lyman We got all the clench nails done and sealed the new planks with a primer. Next, I'll tape off the water line and start painting the bottom coats. 1960 Ski Boat We flipped the Ski Boat to strip all the bottom paint, and Jack is exposing the heads of each screw for re-torquing. Chris Craft Holiday Shane is doing one last light sand before putting the final coat of varnish on. Chris Craft Green & White We received and installed the brand new fuel tank. Perfect fit! Bottoms Up Jack finished putting primer and a coat of bottom paint on this week. "Nancy"
Shane has varnished the ceiling boards, rub rails, coamings and seat risers. We hope everyone had a restful holiday weekend. We're back and busy as ever! Ski Boat Jack just got started on this one. He removed deck hardware, seats, fuel tank, engine, and is starting on transom repair. Budsin Lightning Bugs: 1, 2, 3 We've got the deck hardware removed and now we're tackling ceiling boards, motor, seat backs, rub rails and props. Next we'll flip them and get started on bottom repair. Cruisers Inc. This week Shane installed the windshield, deck hatch, bilge pump, electrical, and some small hardware pieces. Bottoms Up
