Chris Craft Holiday
Jack is custom making some flashy metal trim pieces and the Holiday is starting to look more and more like the Batmobile. I'm going to start calling Jack, "Alfred".
Jack caulked the bottom of the Ski boat, now he's just sanding non-stop.
Budsin Lightning Bugs
Budsin Wood Craft Boatmaker Tom Hesselink popped in for a quick consultation on his boat babies.
Thanks for coming Tom!
Meanwhile, I'm putting three coats of varnish on per week, as well as an additional bottom coat of paint.
Shane is removing the old varnish from the rub rails and transom. He'll start building up fresh new coats of varnish.
We're fine tuning the outboard and installing the throttle box.
And in other shop news...
the electricians are here adding a new circuit breaker to the west wing warehouse to accommodate lighting upgrades and an additional air compressor!
Check back weekly for updates about our current projects and shop happenings!
