'26 Sea Skiff Jack made some frames to support the floorboards on the big Sea Skiff. He put a new screen in the door and made a new top hatch. He'll finish installing the seats today. 1967 Lyman I've been hanging in the Lyman all week removing the frames and rotted stem section. We milled some oak for new ones. Gary and I laminated in a new stem piece. 17' Sportsman Gary acquired this boat to use at the WoodenBoat School as an educational model when he goes back up to teach in Maine. His class will be flipping the boat and restoring the bottom. But before he hits the road, we've removed the seats, gas tank, engine and floorboards and we'll de-grease the oily bottom. Cruisers Inc
Shane removed all the bad bungs and screws from the bottom, replaced with new screws and filled the holes. He's sanding the sides now and has milled new oak to replace the outer keel (skeg).
