Another week down - the boat work continues!
Early on in the week Shane put a coat of varnish on the Coronado. Once it dried we lowered the 26ft Sea Skiff from the gantry crane and replaced it with the Coronado to access the bottom. Shane is working on sanding and patching the bottom now and prepping it for paint.
26' Sea Skiff
We've completed the bottom of the Sea Skiff
This week, I taped off the waterline and put a coat of green bottom paint on. Nicolas cut out the secondary dash panel and applied stain and varnish. He installed the floorboards, bilge, linkage, and steering. Gary helped me dry fit the rub rails after steam bending last week and we shaped them down before staining and sealing
On the '55, Shane and I completed the permanent installation of the splash rails and I applied another coat of varnish
A brand spankin' new Suzuki motor finally arrived for the Lyman. Ooh la la!

Jack put the rest of the floorboards together and applied a coat of varnish to the deck and windshields.
