After bleaching the transom and king plank, Nicolas stains it blonde. Gary rebuilt the engine from a box of parts!

Shane finished get the vinyl flooring glued down and installed. Once he gets the final coat of varnish on he'll reinstall the freshly polished deck hardware.

I've been cutting the portside planks, hand-plaining and scarfing the joints for a snug fit. The garboard is done, I'll start the secondary plank next.

"Nancy" 1934 electri-craft
We got Nancy in earlier this week. Jack removed the hardware and we flipped it so he sanded, primed and put a coat of paint on the bottom and hull.

Jack installed the mooring cleats and custom made new teak side steps.
