Lyman Islander
Jack has shaped and dry fit the Starboard rub rails and they are now installed! He also has laminated the portside rub rails and installed the stern knee and inwale.

Carolina Flats Skiff
Gary is currently rebuilding the subdeck structure in preparation for the plywood top deck. He has also removed the stern motor well that was rotted for replacement.

U-18
Shane has installed through holes, rutter post, stern linkage and applied more varnish to the U-18.

57 Continental
Shane has removed the fiberglass coating in preparation for plank repair & rot examination. He has also shaped and steam bent a new transom board to replace the lower transom plank that was rotted.

1995 Budsin Lightning Bug
Our first new boat in the shop is a budsin lightning bug. It's looking at getting some minor repairs and a full refinish! Stay tuned to see its progress.

1956 Century Resorter
